Southern twang:  It bet it DOES work, 'cause it sure does work on me EVERY TIME!!  Smiley

The Beatles:  My kid is a HUGE Beatles fan and he missed the whole craze and so did his Mama!1

Dead body:  I did that with a friend once.  I had nightmares for YEARS!

Living more freely:  I wish I could, too!  I think my innocent hubby would have a heart attack, though!

Lost in the 20's:  I'm 30-something and I still feel that way sometimes.  You are NOT alone!

No dad in 6 years:  I can relate to you in a way, and I hope that something changes for you.  I would hate for you to drive yourself nuts with the wondering.  Be strong!

To you, the last postcard:  I absolutely love the honesty and the simplicity of it.  And the note on the back,... that rocks!!

The environment:  I started out caring because it was cool.  Then I moved back near home to an area that I personally knew the before and after and realized the truth about global warming.  Now I care because it is real to me!

21 years ago:  I hope you are okay with whatever happened to you.

Navel ring:  Congrats to you!!  I got a tattoo once and my nose pierced later on to celebrate the end of crappy relationships!!

No babies:  I always wanted the babies more than the marriage!!

3 wedding dresses:  I bet you looked gorgeous!!

Engaged but flirty:  It is great for the ego, isn't it?!

Photograph:  I like it, too.  I could listen to his voice for hours!!  Smiley

photograph - I still love that song, and I love his voice. I don't care if no one else likes them, and say that they don't have talent, but I still like them!

I love Photograph too. It's on all my mixed cd's.

To the one about the father who molested the half siblings. I so know how you feel about being afraid of him. Every time I think I see my father, I'm scared too. I haven't seen him in four years.

wow... this thread has doubled in length. but reading all these cards is really the best therapy i could ever get, and for no cost! i know i sound like an echo, but as much as i wish i could as well, there's no way i could comment all these cards (if all goes well we should have 800, i just realized, wowww) so instead i'll say one collective "How beautiful... I feel the same way... I hope things work out for you." The cards on here really never cease to amaze me. But anyway, because it will be too hard to comment on all the other cards I'll focus on the ones I recieved.

I understand this feeling, but I do hope that when you say that being with him hurts, it's because of the usual love pains, not because of any abuse of any sort. If it's the latter case, you'll get over the hurt of being without him and need to do so. But hopefully I'm just looking too far into it.

I'm lucky to still have a fast metabolism so my laziness doesn't show but I am the exact same way. Once I'm done with high school sports I'm scared I won't get away any longer.

This postcard is so beautiful and fits my mood recently so perfectly... wow. Thank you.

I know this feeling, like no one will be there for you when you need them the most, but trust me it's not true and please don't feel like killing yourself will solve anything. I hope you're feeling better now...

Luckily I haven't had to deal with internet drama, but I definitely get worked up when someone says anything negative about me so I really understand

"I've been cramped for time, and trying to get all these postcards finished in time has been a huge challengs. It meant that I've been fitting postcard-creation into whatever spare moments I had handy. But in a way I've loved it, because it's forced me to be constantly thinking about and working on art. It makes me feel like an artist. Which I am. And we all are." on the back- painting: "Blue Dancers" Edgar Degas
This is amazing. I think that's all I need to say.

I'm really happy for you that everything worked out for you, it's definitely great when that happens.

This is sad... but hopefully its only the actual wedding that disappointed you and not the marriage!

Haha I felt the same way when, after skipping for almost half a year, I thought I might never get my period again. Too bad I was wrong : /

hahah I was just complaining about this to one of my friends, hilarious card and don't worry I share your pain : )

Hmm.. sorry for the monster post but this is it!

That's actually my plan too! I'm getting it in a month Smiley Congratulations, recovery is a long and hard road. I'm still not there. But I'm close enough, and I deserve to celebrate my curves!

Like my mom says if only I knew my school work as well as I do that show I'd make straight A's....Yeah she's right...but House is WAY more interesting. I think I know more about the characters' lives than I do about the actual people I know...and maybe my family...but again its WAY more interesting.

If history was a TV show, I'd be able to remember it all. I know every bit of House and Harry Potter canon (and when it all happened), but I can't remember all the dates in my school book.

I love Christmas, but I do agree...its just lost so much of its true meaning.

This one reads: "Dear R: You make fun of me because I mispronounce a word or use the wrong tense. ENglish is not my first language but it's your only language. You use your instead of you're, their instead of they're. Learn your language!" The back reads: "I am not claiming to be perfect but R thinks I should be."

Reads: "Is it possible for a uterus to ache for a fetus? I want a child more than anything."

Yes darling partner it IS possible, and I know the feeling all too well....::hugs::

Reads: The last replapse I had is the one that left the scars"

My sisters both could relate to this very very much. I want to hug you secret sharer...

I could have written this one about my ex.

Reads: I don't know which gender I like more

The top has the female symbol followed by: Sensitive, caring, soft, understanding
Male symbol followed by: protecting, strong, rough oblivious

Reads: I really enjoy living along, and sometimes it worries me. Will I end up alone forever because I'm too set in my ways to ever live with someone else?"

Let me tell you  living with someone else isnt' easy... still working on it with my hubby after 2 years of marriage!

Reads: I know I shouldn't smoke. But I like it.

Me too....oh me too...and we even smoke the same kind!

Reads: Does He really love me? DO I really love him?

I"ve been there too.

Thank you so much for sharing everyone!

Doesn't it feel good to get these off our chests?
