hdoglovesyou, I love you, too, hon!  This is the world's best wallet -- bar none!  Thank you for the very instructive and amusing tutorial.

So, when your buddy calls and says, "What are you doing this weekend?" and you suddenly find yourself going to the Pepsi 400 what do you make as a quick thank you gift?  Why a wallet, of course, featuring your pal's favorite driver!

The cotton checkerboard fabric was off a bolt from Hobby Lobby.  The Tony Stewart motif cotton flannel was cannibalized from a pair of lounge pants.

Thank you very much, kmsmaverick!  I appreciate the compliment.  Hope my buddy likes it as much as you do.

Edited to add: The wallet was a hit with my pal and Tony Stewart even won the race!  Woohoo! Perhaps these are magic wallets?  Grin  I'm such a goof.   Tongue

I have just one problem- it's so easy I tell myself "I'll just make one, look, I have all this pretty fabric", and end up with enough for everyone I know to have one.  Darn you and your great wallet! Smiley

I want to try your wallet with some of the fabric I have.  I tried to print out your instructions with the pics but for some reason, a large portion of it didn't show up.  Has anyone else had the same problem or is that the way it is meant to be?  Thanks
