So... I'm about to start an insane (!) fair isle sweater from the collection of Dale of Norway baby books... using size 0's and 2's and Dale Baby Ull.

I know, it may cause much pain and discomfort.

I was just wondering if anyone else was crazy enough to join me in this several-months (I assume) pursuit?  I want to do the Pusekatt design (#11405), which has cute kitties on it.

Who's in?

Well, then, I'll assume that's a no.

BTW-- i started on it, and the rows of 177 sts each take about 20 min each to do.  And there are 38 rows to 4".  Yowsa.

I think my friend may have made the sweater you speak of.
Is it this one?

Here's my progress so far:

I actually stitched the sleeves in and cut the front out this weekend, so I'm a little farther than this.  Two months of work nearly done!

it was.  actually, last night i was picking up the sts next to the cut to make the decorative button band thingey, and some of the sts came free from the seam... i dropped everything and dashed to my sewing machine to repair it.  that was scary.  i mean, i did double-seam the sides...
