I see an army of zombie babies, you could take limbs from siblings and attach them to other dolls mouths, etc.

cut off all their heads and make the heads into a set of christmas ornaments. sneak into his house and hang them on his tree?

or

you could send him a boxed set of heads for one year, and feet/hands another year?

Put sticks up their butts and present them as a bouquet in a vase?
Attach them to a wreath frame so they can be part of an "ugly doll" wreath?
Wire them to a stick so they become a tree/totem pole thingy?

my old roomie and i had a game where we hid a giant cardboard cutout of the hamster from Dr. Dolittle all around the house. Because it was so big, we had to be super creative. I loved to hear him scream in the middle of the night when he'd come home from work and find it in his closet.

So hiding things around the house is always a superb way to go. But with 16, it'll be the gift that keeps on giving!

It would be awesome, if you had 25 of them, so each day in December till Christmas, he would get one as a gift, lol, because you got to find a way to double him or something, since he went from 1 to 16, lol.
