I made this coat for my niece for her birthday. i think it's probably the most advanced thin i've done so far. i had to hand sew all around the inside because there is no lining. i don't hand sew. it took forever! i wish i had more pictures of it.

gah! That coat is adorable and your niece is super cute! I love the collar. Corduroy is my latest fave fabric, too.

Did you use a pattern (please share the #!) or wing it yourself?

It's wonderful and corduroy is, in my humble opinion, always the exactly right material for a coat.
