I found a great bonnet/hat I would love to crochet for my daughter and I can't find the pattern for it. Can anyone help me with this.

It looks simple but I'm a beginner and wouldn't know where to start on this. Any help would be wonderful.

Thanks

PS. If I get the pattern I will promise to post my results. Smiley  Wink

I dont have an exact pattern for it, but the back is an oblong circle (an oval) done in SC large enough to cover the back of the kids head, and then shells around from one end to another, minus the bottom so theres a neck hole. Then a series of double crochets as a ruffle in the front (probably just 2 dc in every stitch)
