I found several upholstery samples in a thrift store and knew I'd find a use for them eventually.  With all of the other crafts I've been focused on, my inner seamstress was beginning to feel neglected. 





Any thoughts or comments are appreciated!

My daughter inspired me, actually, by the way she carries her purse.  She carries it on her forearm, but it turns sideways because of the way the strap is attached.  That was the birth of the initial idea, and it grew as I went.

Very unique style and pretty fabric...I love using upholstery pieces for bags cause they turn out so sturdy.  Isn't it crazy where the inspirations come from?  Your bag came out really cute!  Cheesy
