Hi guys!  This is my first post.  I recently completed working on three scarves.  I think they turned out pretty wonderful, but let me know what you think.  If you have any tips or suggestions that would be great.  And...does anyone have any information on how to slip the first stitch in a row so that I can avoid knots on the sides of the scarf??  Thanks!  Enjoy! Smiley

I really like the first one because of the stitch pattern and the color.  It's simple but elegant. I like the blue scarf with the band around it.  I've never seen a scarf with a band. Very creative.  Great job on all of your scarves.

when you're knitting them -

garter stitch (knitting all rows):
odd rows - knit all the stitches
even rows, slip the first and last stitches as though you were going to knit them - but just slip them to the other needle

when doing stockinette stitch, slip the first and last stitches on the knit rows, and purl all stitches normally - it gives it a nice edge

I'm in love with that first scarf! Such a great idea, to leave it short and use a broach like that!

I really love the first one!!! I like the color and the pattern (not to mention the bling!). I do have a question....on the third one what is the pink thing? Is it a little  knitted tube? I think that it is very cool and would like to incorparate it into some of my projests if you don't mind. Great scarves!!
