Yesterday morning when I logged onto craftster your drooly delicious bowl of pasta took over my mind and made me click on the link.  I made this last night, with a slight modification of adding  thinly sliced then quartered zucchini and broccoli florets.  It was fantastic!!!!  Ummmmm bacon *drools*.  Thanks for the recipe, I'll be making it again.

Here is my VEGAN version of this dish.
We really enjoyed it today!  YAY!

My blog link to the recipe, but it was SUPER easy.
http://jeepchickdotnet.blogspot.com/2007/11/super-easy-vegan-thanksgiving.html

For the cream sauce, I blended silken tofu, rice milk, margarine, and fresh garlic
Then I substituted fake bacon.

im soo glad i found this recipe. i love pasta and as much as i love spaghetti im tired of eating it. my hubby cooks for me sometimes and spaghetti is fool proof for him but thats what i get for taking naps and leaving him to cook. anymore yummy recipes you'd like to share?
