Okay so here is some stuff spun on my new wheel! I love it SO much! group shot!
 
aplaca single umm like 4 oz, not sure of the yardage
silk dyed with wiltons, I think it was 4 oz also.
My very very first stuff, red tones from sheep shed and green from my LYS I call it "the grinch!"

Wow Great stuff! I have a hard time spinning silk on a wheel so I think that is super that you did it so well. Grinch is really cool too. Alpaca is super yummy to spin I think. I think it's great you tried diff fibers because you get a great understanding of them that way. Keep up your great work!

Thanks! I bought some hemp too so I may try that soon. I do love alpaca, for now, I think it is my very favorite fiber. You're right about the silk I had to slow down and pre draft like crazy. It's sooooooo awesome.

Thanks! The silk was also my first attempt at dying w/ wilton's  I found the hemp at my LYS. I wanted more fiber and it looked fun and different.
