I have a very small space on the wall by the sink where I would like to hang something to display/hang the little finger tip hand towel.  I'd like the towel to hang down so you can see the design on it, not just draped over a hook... any ideas?  I'm probably being as clear as mud here huh???

...I thought about a wide drawer handle, but the way it attaches won't work for hanging it on a wall...

Have you thought about those TP holders that look like squarish hooks?  Like this:

I used something similar to hang decorative embroidered tee towels that my mom made in my kitchen, only mine look like bent twigs.  They were sold as TP holders, and they are the same squared off hook shape.

Some of the brackets they use for holding back curtains on a window would also probably work.  Look in the curtain hardware section of your local dept. store.
