i just finished the bubble pullover from the book knitting nature by norah gaughan. i am so thrilled with this knit, i've been wearing it all day!

i used less than 6 balls of rowan yorkshire tweed aran and knit the smallest size on us6 and us7 needles. i shortened the collar considerably because i just loved the way it was coming out as i was knitting it.

this is officially my favorite sweater now. i really enjoyed knitting it, especially the body, which is comprised of knitted pentagons.

a full blog post with too many pictures can be found here.

Wow, I love that !  I do love the mods you did for  the neck -- the neck really makes the sweater!  Nice work.

WOW!  You should be very proud of yourself.  I bought that book more as a coffee table book.  Everything in there is soooooo advanced!

Great job!

For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
