Nothing fancy, but I had a lot of fun with these! Just carefully rip apart an existing envelope and use it as a template. Most of mine here are made from a Sephora catalog and some junk mail fliers.

Back: (I lined these with construction paper because that's all I had lying around...scrapbooking paper would have looked a lot nicer)

These were seriously addicting to make...especially while watching a movie or something. I'm going to use them to send out my Christmas cards this year. Smiley

What a great recycling project with a snazzy result. Think the post office would let you use them to mail?

These are gorgeous!

I make my own envelopes all the time, but I usually use pretty scrapbook paper. I never thought to use magazines or ads. What a great idea..I am now going to be looking at all the junk mail I get very closely  Grin

Definitely. You can mail just about anything...I had a friend who used the paper toilet rolls and sent them full of goodies to his girlfriend. I'll hate to postmark them though...any suggestions on doing it without ruining the images? I mailed one out the other day and used a label maker for the addresses, but it definitely covered about half of the evelope.
