I have alot of ideas for my online buisness I want to open up and since Christmas is comming up I was going to put some things to help me out on my Christmas list because right now I have 0 money cause I dont have a job.

So what kind of like journal/organizer things work well? Or anything else I am kind of clueless about what to get. Any suggestions please?

What I did and is cost effective. Get a cheap binder. And get a inventory template off microsoft office's online store for free. Once you download it you can minipulate it to your liking. For example, mine has an inventory number on it, the name of the item (like the title of the piece or size and style). What price it was listed at. What date it was listed, When it was sold. If it wasn't sold I also have a column for if I relisted it or not. and lastly what day I shipped it.

Also in the binder I keep all my shipping reciepts, a copy of the thank you letter I send to customers.

Also you can keep a price list of what your material cost, your shipping cost, and the total cost you recieved from the customer minus ebay/etsy/paypal fees.  (I don't do that though Lol)

What I do to match the binder up with the product is I get cheap tags and put the name of the piece the price and the item number and put it in plastic zip bag, organizing it by number.

If you need any help please feel free to message me!

Now is the perfect time for christmas cause everyone is worried about getting things shipped on time!

I have cheap packaging ideas to if you want them for jewlery.

Oooh!  Those are good ideas!  I'm trying to get more organized right now, too!

Right now I have one of those binder/organizer things with all the pockets and zippers.  It's where I keep all my order notes, receipts for everything, supplier contact info...  Pretty much all the paperwork.  After a month, I clean it out and everything goes into a file cabinet, in hanging file folders.  I clean it out because I like to have it with me when I go places, and I don't like when it gets too heavy.

I love the Microsoft templates!  I use those a lot!  There are so many!

I can't wait to hear more organizing ideas!
