I'm guessing that the back of the bag is just the main solid color, but I'm sure you can do it however you want. I think I'm making the back of mine just the main solid color out of sheer laziness, lol.  Cheesy

I am working on a version of this bag now, and I am doing the design on both sides...holy labor intensive batman!

I did it on both sides.  I figured I'd have to carry the 2nd color all the way around anyway, and I might as well put the yarn to good use.  I did consider doing a second pattern on the back though.  Something complementary to the main poster-boy graphic.  Some musical symbol or whatnot.  But then the thought of charting that out as well seemed more tedious than just doing the same chart pattern twice.  Cheesy

Actually, I think it's stated in the pattern anyway:  Row 5:  Beg working from chart, 1 rep on each side of the markers.

Frida Kahlo would be awesome!

I started my Katharine Hepburn bag over the weekend, but I don't know if it's coming out right yet... I've never done intarsia, so I have no idea.

So I'm not done....but I'm quite proud of my poster-crow.

(if you cannot tell/are not familiar, it's drinky crow (www.maakies.com)...)

I have my yarn, I have my image and I even have photoshop. Problem is I can't get my Che to work right in Knit Pro. When I run the following image thru it "erases" a lot of the white and his eyes are just blacked circles. Anyone know how to make grids in Photoshop.

I'm toying with the idea of having a pic of Cuba on the back. Then it would be a different image but not as detailed!
