My best friend has BEGGED me for this bag--has anyone knitted it? I thought it was felted, but I don't see any felting instructions....is it not felted?

no, it is not felted.  It is a nice dense bag because of carrying the yarns the entire time, and the one Deb brings on tour is lined.

I've just started my own yesterday, except with Charlie from Lost on it. It's going very smoothly, and is actually really fun (imo) to knit!

I just got the yarn and started this bag today...or a version of it anyway.  I'm knitting it in black and I'm going to put a glittery white Tree of Gondor (from Lord of the Rings) pattern on mine

That's SO awesome!!! It's good to know that I'm not the only one obsessed with that show, lol. 

I wanna make this bag too, I just have to figure out who or what I want on it... and I sort of have to finish all the other stuff I've been knitting up first! Post pics when you're all done though!!!
