Such a fantastic package! LOVE the handspun! 

It totally seemed like everything was working against me before I sent out. Then my EMT course ended and everything became nice and quiet. I was like "WHERE was all this before hand?!"

Everyone's stuff looks great I recieved my package yesterday and i LOVE it. Have yet to take pictures, and i'll have to wait until i can get to the library to use their fast wireless as opposed to my slow dial up to load the pictures up.

So! Elizabeth received my package but due to some technical difficulties I will post the pics :]
My package had 5 things.
A red market bag! Which I love because I use mine all the time.


A pair of fingerless mitts! =3

Don't mind the stupid modeling. I just really love Ravelry :]

A mug cozy! My own design, in which I am very proud of lol


And the handspun! A 2-ply corriedale/merino blend. I forgot the yardage. It was a lot for me though. Especially on a spindle but maybe I'm just a wimp.


I also gave her a little mini-skein but I didn't take a picture 3=

I really had a lot of fun with this (even with the locusts and boils) and I had a fab partner! My first swap couldn't have been any better :] Thanks!

I received from yberry today!  The yarn is beautiful, and I got what looks like an interesting book, and a huge and interestingly constructed bag.  Unfortunately, I left my camera at a New Year's party, so I can't take pictures until this weekend, but wanted to share my thanks right away.

Wow! I'm glad you got it, and glad that you liked it.

The bag was my take on Cat Bordhi's Moebius Quiver. I didn't make it with feltable yarn, and I'll admit that I wish I had more time to put some lining in the bag and some sort of closure at the top... But if I had tried to get that done, the package would probably still be stuck with me.

The yarn was my first ever handpainted (so far I had only dyed solids or kettle dye), and it was a lot of fun to make. The colorway is named Harrell, after jazz musician Tom Harrell who inspired the colors with his music. It's a washable DK merino, 129 yds per 50 gr skein, 4 skeins.

I bookcrossed "Tuff", with the hopes that it gets passed on after a good read.

I'm looking forward to seeing what you make with the yarn (and how it knits up, I resisted temptation to keep some for myself).

The photo doesn't really show the color well - the blue is actually teal and purple. I really enjoyed the handpainting, and have been waiting patiently for time to do some more... in the meantime my ideas notebook is fattening with sketches of colorways I would like to make...

omg I cannot believe it took me this long to post pics! I had finals, and had to move out of my dorm room, and my camera wasn't working, blah blah blah.... but here they are!! I got some amazing hand spun with dyed locks, and another hand spun that is brightly colored, and the cutest bunny that my roomate wanted but I stood firm. everything was great! Thanks!
