I made two, the first, as practice, out of acrylic felt, and the second, out of wool. I love them, as do my two toddlers. I will try to figure out how to post or upload a picture. I followed the pattern for the "scented ball", but did not use any potpourri. I found this to be really easy, and fun. I was able to make the second one, including cutting time, in under 30 minutes. I am planning on making them additions to the family holiday gifts, as well as gift for my son's 2nd grade teacher.
Thank you again Lisette for sharing your wonderful patterns with us!

Leelou, I downloaded your lovely pattern and turned it into a "gift" for the kids at my children's middle school:

It's the bulletin board they see as they go to the lunchroom, and they let me keep it decorated as a gift to the kids (who used to look at ratty yellow con-tac paper and stapled notices on this board) and to the teachers (who hate the extra responsibility of being assigned a non-classroom bulletin board to keep decorated). (Another crafty charity activity, if you are so inclined! I change it about once a month: http://www.flickr.com/photos/thehumofdelicious/sets/72157602673757831/ for boards from this year so far.)

One down...now I plan to do the actual felt ornaments for the office workers, guidance counselor, etc.!

Thank you again!

Wow! I'm really impressed by your creation. It is so beautifully. I love the scarf and the windy background. You're doing a good job with the board. They are beautiful and I like that each is totally different.

Well, seems you are quite busy for a while  Grin. Good luck and please post the results. I'm very curious.

I'll post them!

I have to be careful with the bulletin board--because it's a no-indoor-hallways school, whatever I put out there is open to both elements and children wandering between classes, etc. I can't spend too much time/energy/money on anything for the board because it is very likely to get taken or damaged (the turkey from last month disappeared!). There are always those few...

Thank you again. I love your work!
