Oooo, the heart is beautiful!  I made a wizard cross stitch that I turned into a stuffed ornament and it turned out great.  The cross stitch just makes it even more special.

Woohoo, I finally got around to starting the Christmas Ball ornament!  I have the pieces cut out, and have embroidered one side.  After completing the first side, I have to bow down to your stitchery!  Your work is so neat! I'm hoping the more sides I do, the neater and more even my stitches!  Oh well, I'm sure my baby will like it, she's only 1 and I don't think she'll care over much how neat it is!  Undecided

I will post it anyway, when I have finished! I'm only working on it when bub is asleep!

Thanks for translating your site into english, it's made it a lot easier for me!

This should take you to the project index, my Mum had problems getting into the website when I sent her the page by email, but when I sent her the actual link, that seemed to work.

hope this helps

Just practice. When I'm started with using the blanket-stitch it was all messy, so I always used floss in a similar colour as the felt. So yes, thats normal. Make sure you make really tiny dots with a sharp pencil. That certainly helps.

ryepie: let me know if your are still having problems entering the website. I know there's a problem with showing my site at certain safety settings of the computer, but I don't know a solution for this. I can email the pattern if you like.

Thank you. Glad to here the pattern is good.

For some reason I can't post a new topic anymore (the buttons on crafsters are gone) so I will post this in my old topic:

I made this reindeer a while ago and now a free pattern is available on my site.
