I am obsessing over this clutch/ wristlet and can't figure out how to make it. Anyone out here that can help me??? It is just so awesome, isn't it?

Vogue has a pattern for evening bags that looks like what you're looking for.  It's pattern number 7354.  I have one that I am remaking for bowling ball carriers.
