...Okay, so she's not MY mommy, but she may as well be!

My good friend's mom is getting married in a couple of months and she usually tends to do her Christmas shopping out of my garage, because she loves to drool over shiny things with me.

I decided it would be nice for her to have something made special just for her. And this came out perfectly.

It's pretty simple, but it's just Mommy's style. She's going to be so thrilled.

It's two strands of tigertail done in sort of a figure 8. Its not to complicated but I like to start in the middle, which often means I end up dropping an end and loosing most of my progress. I'm glad to be finished with this one.

Congrats to the mommy bride.  That is a very pretty necklace and I am sure she will love it.  What are the focal beads?

Lovely job. I know what you mean about working the figure eight with seed beads -- I was doing the same sort of thing for my daughter's homecoming necklace and managed to drop one end or the other several times. Naughty language ensued. Cool
