It's been a while since I've posted, been sewing but hate up-loading as it always takes forever! Anyway here are a couple of little brown bags I made. I wanted them to be on the small side and they are! The first one is made with brown corduroy and has a matching little
make-up bag with it the rings are actually a pair of old earrings!  Smiley

and the inside of both. I love the blue and brown together its such a pretty combo.

This next one is simular to the previous but I tried to make it a little bit bigger. The fabric is a heavy weight cotton and same blue and brown lining. This one has a zipper pocket on the outside and the inside.

This green purse is one I made a while back and love how it turned out!

Well that's it for  now it's back to sewing! Have a good crafting day!

Yes, I love the combo you picked too!  Very cute and good idea to do the matching make-up bag!

i LOVE brown corduroy!  it's my very favorite.  also, brown + light blue is the best color combo ever, i was thinking of doing a bag with those colors just this morning.  great job!

I love them, and I especially like the dark brown one--I like the charms and the lining. Beautiful!

I really like the shape of the last one, so simple but very classy.  I have been trying to make a bag in that style and I am never happy with the cut out handle Angry, yours looks great!!!

Thank you everyone  Smiley These were fun, simple bags to sew and seems like bright colors go good with the brown, I made one using a pink stripe lining but I gave it away before I could get a picture.

I love that you used old earrings for the handle rings! I have fabric very similar to the blue/brown you used for the lining. My plan is to use that on the outside and to line the bag with brown microsuede. You've inspired me to try to get it done!

Oh funny you know I was going to do that! I think you should and post when you get done bet it turns out really pretty! I was afraid the earrings would break apart where the disks are dangling but they seem to be holding their own. Thanks everyone  Grin
