This was one fun purse to make.

32 4x4 squares coordinating fabrics for outside
32 3x3 fleece squares
32 4x4 of the same material for inside

I sandwich a outside square fleece middle cowhide inside

sew an x . I repeated this 32 times

Sew them all togeather. 4 across and 16 down. folded in half
sewed up the sides. Pulled the bottom corners out and sewed them like you would a square bottom purse, but on the outside.
You need to sew all the squares with the edges on the outside. I put my handles on the outside. Than I sniped the raw edges to make it look more raggy. I threw it in the washer and presto a raggy purse.

Caution : Be careful snipping. You do not want to snip into the connecting seems.

Enjoy.
