This is the free lace skirt pattern from Interweave Crochet Fall 2007. It's crocheted in Shine Sport. You can see more pictures and notes at my blog post.

Beautiful work!  I think a lining would be better than a slip since slips slip, if you know what I mean!  This skirt deserves it's own lining!  Nice job!

Thanks! Yeah, I know what you mean. I'll most likely get a lining in a matching colour.  Smiley

I love it!! I'm a great fan of skirts, and even more of crocheted ones! I have two questions, and I know they're really dumb: 1) what is the yarn you used? and
         2) WHAT THE HECK IS THE LINING?

Im sorry for the 2nd one, Im sure you have al answered it for at least 1000 times, but could you PLEEEEAAASE answer it once more?? Thank you!

Sure, no problem.  Smiley The yarn I used was Knit Picks Shine Sport. The skirt isn't lined yet. I was wearing a slip underneath when I took the pictures on my blog.

Very nice.  Definitely needs a lining - maybe in a purple satin?
