this was the first project for my advanced crafts and ceramics class.  The project was to make a pierced vase and glaze with high fire glazes.  I did mine with Celadon green on the inside and the first layer of the outside, and walnut brown for the outside.  i got to do it with an air gun, and the one i used for the brown was sputtering so thats why its kinda blotchy, but i dont think it looks bad that way.

It looks great!  I think the blotchy brown parts makes the piece look even better.  I love how you put the tree shape into it.  so cool  Cheesy

I think it is simply beautiful! I tried carving one of my pottery pieces once and it came out very messy so I am very impressed with your skills!
