I got the idea from this thread:

I downloaded the program and turned all the pictures of my boyfriend's daughter with Disney Characters into sketches. It was a pain in the butt to adjust but I think it turned out good.

My friend works at Kinko's and I printed out the pages on heavy white card stock, laminated the front cover, and got the book coiled. The back cover is just a plain blue paper to match the color of the castle in the photo.

I think it came out very awesome and I'm hoping she likes it. She's 3 and she had a blast scrapbooking with me and would take any chance to color.

I don't know what that other program is, but the way I found to do this sounds a little easier because you don't have to download anything Smiley.  You just upload a picture that's saved on your computer then hit "continue," here's the link:
