ok, here's my problem... i bought a buttload of "gourmet settings" (the brand name) flatware and stuff (a hostess/serving set, 2 sets each flatware, demi spoons, butter/spreader knives and cocktail forks)... anyway, i've had these for over a year just sitting here, each set came in it's own little box, and in each box there was a display tray about half the depth of the outer box and small enough to slip inside (if you've ever bought flatware you know what i'm talking about), and these boxes/trays are VERY sturdy, and i got the idea to make a cabinet/chest of drawers of sorts out of them... but i have no earthly idea what the best method would be to make the shell of the cabinet/chest... i already know how to cover the drawers as well as bought the materials to do so, i got felt to line the drawers and i even bought cute little knobs for each one... i was thinking of buying some sorta balsa wood sheeting or mat board (like they use in picture framing) for the shell of the chest... from the pic below, would this type of construction work? the pieces would of course be touching, glued and possibly wrapped/coated/etc in tape to reinforce if the covering materials don't seem to be sufficient

p.s. this post was put here since bookmaking is similar to making a box from what i know, and most bookmakers make the occasional box, from what i'm told, forgive me if it's in the wrong place, just let me know where to put it
