So I got this recipe from Hungry Girl - You use one box of devils food cake and one can of pumpkin.  Mix together and then bake at 400 for 20 minutes.  The stats are fantastic considering I eat some fattening muffins!  (depends on type of cake mix, but somewhere around 3 grams of fat and 180 calories) and they are So so so good!

Plus a pretty picture of the muffins:

This is an old school Weight Watchers recipe...I make it about once a month...it's also really good with spice cake but you can use any cake mix you want.  If the batter is too dry you can add a little bit of water too.

You can also mix in a can of diet coke to the cake mix, which I've never tried because I eat the pumpkin/spice cake ones so much Smiley

oh man, I just went to the store, but the spice cake sounds delish.  I think it is a great thing because my boyfriend eats a huge bowl of icecream every single night and I sometimes get that twinge of I want some, but obviously a huge bowl of icecream does not a great figure make, and mine is not that great to start with!  So, waaahhlaahh!  chocolate muffins...and next spice cake muffins!

If anyone uses it with another cake mix let me know how it tastes!  My sister is trying caramel, I didn't think it sounded like it would work out well.
