Autumn leaves are most lovely this time of year and while it is fun to jump around and see the many colors of the leaves as they fall, I'm always reminded that the beauty does not last and you are always left empty and wanting.  But emptiness does not last but is there only long enough for us to feel the loss and miss nature's wonders and wait for the seasons to change.  We crave for more when we have nothing, and we crave for simplicity when we overflow with goodness.

Please enjoy...

This is my first big project and I had no idea how long it would take me.  I really challenged myself and my skills for this challenge, and I thank Craftster for the opportunity and inspiration. ^_^

(And sorry, for my first post, it took me some time to figure out the formatting)

Favorite moment of the year?  That commercial when m8888888 dropped her towel and jumped naked into the arms of Tony Danza.

I love that you conveyed so much emotion with such simple designs.  I know how time consuming embroidery is and I'm sure these took forever to complete.  I like the contrast between the fully colored abundance tree and the outline on the despair tree.  You did a beautiful job.

That little girl is adorable! (you may want to pm a moderator and ask them to put the pics up for you, or else nobody can see this entry on the front page.)
