Oh great! I am glad the scoodie "fits" I used the tute that came off the pic on your wists and it said to trace your favorite hoodie to get the hood shape, so I traced MY favorite hoodie since I didn't have access to your favorite hoodie.... I wish I had had enough trim or bias tape to put on it for you, but I didn't, maybe you can add that yourself since you are a much better seamstress than me. You had a great wists to work off of, so that made my job pretty easy!

dizzylizzy- I love the jar of stars! And, the roving is gorgeous. And, I just love batik, so I am highly jealous of your shirt. Cute pin, too!

piratecore- Fabulous hat and wristwarmers! I really like the clutch, too (and the fabric, of course!).

taunya1978- Jealous again! I need to make myself a needle case (well, hook case, actually), and I do like the fabrics on yours. Nice scarf too! And, if I could knit, Id be extremely envious of your sock knitting stuff.

riario- Excellent package! Love all of the crocheted stuff, especially the bird. And, the journal is so pretty. And, Ive been reminded that I must make a scoodie or two

I received my package from Ametheystlily on Friday but haven't had the time to post till today. Have I mentioned that this has been The BEST Swap EVER??! I had so much fun crafting for my partner and I had a really awesome partner who spoiled me with COOKIES...It doesn't get any better than this! I can't wait for round two! Anywho, here's what i got!

First off...COOKIES! The cup is mine, I just thought the cookies would look even more delicious in that cup (and they are delicious, i ate one immediately after taking this photo lol)

An Embroidery kit with a cute WIP bag for embroidering on the go

A custom needlebook and stitch dictionary with my username on it!

The rest of the embroidery kit with a lovely array of embroidery thread (which i purposely set up as a color wheel for the picture lol), small embroidery scissors, 7' loop, and some waste canvas.

A drop spindle spinning kit complete with a cd drop spindle prestarted for me to get going right away

Some roving to get me started

and some handspun yarn she spun herself!

She also wrote me up a long letter with directions, explainations, and even some links for more information on embroidery and spinning! I'm so excited, I love learning new crafts! Thank you Ameythestlily!

Btw, did i mention this was the best swap ever?  Grin

I think I agree that this is the best swap I have participated in so far! Who would have thought we would have so much wealth in our "buy nothing" stashes!

I want cookies  Cry guess I will have to bake....
