I'm preparing myself for Christmas, the season I like the best Wink

I made this ornaments from scraps and polystyrene balls, I want to make them plenty Wink

Tell me what do you think...

Tutorial from page 4 copied here:

OK, I had to go and buy more balls - my neighbour wants to buy 12 of these from me, HA !!!

But here we go with the tut, sorry for the crappy pics, but I have two hands only... And sorry for my crappy English too...

You will need a polyester ball, scraps of fabric, a pencil and a small cutter.

1. Cut the fabric more or less like this:

It must be 1/2 of the ball circumference long and 1/8 wide, plus a little "seam allowance" (there are no seams, but I had do call it somehow).

2. With the pencil mark four lines on the ball...

and than another four.

3. Cut the lines.

4. With the other, non-cutting side of the cutter blade insert the seam allowance of the fabric

5. If you have a little too much of fabric left on the top - just cut it.

6. Continue like this...

7. Right to the end Wink

Those are really pretty, I love the first two the most! I was wondering how you stuffed them and got them so round, I hadn't though of styrofoam balls, that's great.

Those are insane... in a good way of course. I remember using those polystyrene balls to make ornaments in Girl Scouts. Of course ours involved sequins, glitter, and rickrack, not nearly as classy and beautiful as yours Smiley
