I made this tonight out of some fabric my girlfriend had previously made slipcovers out of, my intent was to see if a pattern for a hobo bag I had in mind worked out before I used my $20 a meter fabric.

I think it did, but this is my first ever bag project so if there are any suggestions or tips on making these, that would be fantabulous.

Thanks for looking!

I like it, love that it's reversible! What are the measurements on the bag? Is it big or small?

Thanks, this one is very tiny, just because I was trying the pattern out. So it measures 50 cm long, 20 cm wide. The bag I am working on right now (and will have posted pics soon) is going to be 50 inches long and 20 inches wide.

Thank-you, I really like the fabric... I think i'll give this tiny-one away at christmas with a bottle of wine in it.
