So, I have very short hair, unlike last winter and am planning to make a couple hats for winter so my ears don't freeze. Amoung one of these I would like to make a Jayne hat for the hell of it, I've checked and there is no knitalong for Jayne hats, and I really think that their should be. I'm using the pattern from http://dryope.typepad.com/grove/2006/02/jayne_cobb_hat_.html and am probably going to do it in lamb's pride bulky, since I had some in the wrong colors and it was sort of the right kind of yarn. So how about some people join me in making a Jayne hat?

I've always wanted to make a Jayne hat. I'll join ya in the knit along. Plus I can give it to my husband.

shiny, someone to join in my geekery, sadly I must wait to start, I also think I might be making two, one for a friend, who I know will appreciate it. Serious browncoat and thinks that I'm a goddess for being able to knit hats at all.

I'll be going home for Thanksgiving and I'll paw through my Mom's mountain of yarn and join you! I'll start with one, but I've got so many Firefly Fans in my life that I'll probably end up making twenty of these things!

Yay! Glad to find this KAL. I just ordered the hat kit from http://www.wearwithstyle.com/, to make for my brother for Christmas. Haven't cast on for it yet, but will soon. I can't wait! Smiley
