Hey, so I was watching this contest board for a few days and I must say that I feel very much like an amateur with my very basic entry but I promised myself I'd enter so I will just shut up and enter.  I was a little rushed; brought home the electronic baby for my psychology class this weekend... oops, bad weekend, anyways that's a whole other story; so I was just lucky I finished.  Anyways here goes....

I interpret ying and yang as two different parts yet still very similar and they both rely on one another.  So the theme I picked was vinyl (as in records) and mp3, similar, yet different and inter-related (is that a word??)  So here is side #1 (oh yeah I was cheap and only bought one pillowcase instead of two, ha ha!!)

Side #2

And of course the action shots...

Hope you like them... I thought they turned out pretty well considering my talent (or lack of) in this area of the crafting world.  Thanks for looking and don't forget to vote.

Cute -- I love the detail of the sound waves on both, that made a nice design element to tie the 2 designs together. Nice work!

I like the idea of using the same pillow case.

none-symmetrical things make me insane so when I see two different designs on two different sides of the bed my insides die a little.

I'm insane.

But I think this is really cute.
