hi, just another question, is there a seam allowance or did you just blanket stitch all the way round?

There's a small seam allowance, a little less than 0.25". The blanket stitch I do afterwards just to make it look nice.  Wink

Goodness. I have three little grandgirls, who love anything horsey. I can see myself sewing a herd for them tomorrow. Thank you so much. I had a horse pattern, but yours is so much more fun.

A herd would be so adorable! They could roam across your living room, grazing on the carpet.  Grin

I used this pattern to make some Reindeer ornaments.

http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=210275

I combined the back and front head pieces because I wasn't adding a horn, and didn't do the blanket stitch (doing something by hand? Madness!). Then I added fleece horns with wire in them.

This is a fun pattern and easy to use. Thanks so much for posting it! Grin
