I found this huge piece of white vinyl at Joanne the other day for 2 bone, and decided to try a clutch mock-up.

I've never sewn vinyl or made any type of bag or clutch before, so this was a learning experience.

This clutch is pretty rough, I'm happy with how it turned out, but I don't really like it.

There are a few mistakes which I will know how to fix next time, but the white just isn't me.

I saw some great patent leather looking vinyl at wal-mart that I will be picking up to remake this clutch, I think it would be cuter for fall Smiley

This thing holds so much stuff, it would make a great carry-in bag for work or a great makeup bag.

That bag is fantastic! I really like the lining. Really soooo good for your first try. My "first tries" always turn out pretty awful.  Roll Eyes

I've never worked with vinyl before.  I like the edging your on your flap.  You did a really great job especially for never working with vinal or making a bag!  Go that that fabric from Wally World....we'll love seeing your finished product.

I think it looks good! Particularly if it is your first time attempting a bag or working with vinyl.
