I think it's really cute. But... Please, take my advice and don't use the word cosplay and Lolita in the same sentence. It angers some cosplayers, and some lolitas.

I agree. It mostly angers lolitas. I know cos I am one. I'm not upset, but I know some girls that would be. Cute stuff though!

Wow! I really love the attention to details you put into your works!  I can't wait to make my first lolita outfit!  I want to do a pink one myself.

I love it! Its so cute and you have some sewing skills.

But(not to be bitchy, just being blunt) lolita is a fashion, NOT a costume.

WOW!
Your dress looks absolutely amazing. I'm in love with the colour and the lace embellishments. Nice work.

-dodges what could turn into a heated debate over boundaries between cosplay and lolita-
it's really cute. and if you take off the roses and probably the apron, you could even wear it as a normal outfit and not a cosplay one. for a first time sewer, that's amazing.
edit: I forgot to mention, thank you for making it with good quality lace instead of the cheap Halloween kind. ugh...
