I made this guy for the Zombies are Love swap - and my bedraggled ass finally mailed him off, and thusly my partner recieved, and therefore now I can post him!
He is polyester fill inside a light canvas material. I gessoed over the doll I made, and then painted him with acrylics
Here he is!

Comments and Critisisms very welcome! I'm really proud of this guy and can't wait to do more Smiley

He's sooooo awesome!  I didn't realize in the swap gallery what crazy long legs he has!  And the combover is such a nice touch too  =)

Love him and have considered making one myself, but I can't paint like that. I can make the bodies easily, but when it comes to painting I'm awful.

I thought he was a tiny doll when I saw the pics in the swap thread. He is awesome in every way.

Thanks everyone!
He's about 16 inches tall. I just made the pattern up - I had sketched out basically what I wanted him to look like and then just cut the fabric out in the general shape. I've got a few more on the go - all different though Smiley

Gary is great.  I would date him...even if he is much shorter than I.
