I finished my quilt in time! My Mum was impressed and over the moon, despite my first-timers flaws Grin

i still haven't made my baby quilts (torrin was born dec 7th - oops!), and i gave up on the tree skirt idea...

christmas was too crazy for quilting this year! i'll finish the baby quilts fairly soon, but i guess the tree skirt idea will wait until next year!

check out my crafty blog!

i like exclamation marks.

I finished my mom's but not my tree skirt. The tree was taken down on the first and I'll just wait until next year to start it.  Grin

Well, I got nothing from my original list done. I have vowed to not take down my christmas tree until I have a skirt (but I know that won't happen) I did finish 3 baby quilts for Christmas presents that I posted http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=217436.msg2338507#msg2338507
I am still hoping to get my stockings and skirt done before summer though. My biggest problem is I keep changing my mind on design.

i think it's a good idea that you're going to keep working on your christmas stuff. i plan to do the same, otherwise the same thing will happen in the fall if i wait: it won't get done! also, i've joined the "50 projects in a year along" as well as the "use all your fabric along" and those should be good motivators. i had already promised myself that i would purchase no more fabric until i used up pretty much everything i have, including scraps. so...if i want more fabric (which, of course i do!), i'd better get some stuff done!!
