We had a Star Wars theme at our house this year and my 2 year old was Yoda. I made the entire costume from scratch including the shoes. I made the entire thing for under $5! I used sheets bought at the thrift store and green fabric I got for $1 a yard at Hobby Lobby! The entire outfit consists of a tunic, pants, robe with hood & sash belt, hands, feet and head. I am incredibly proud of my little Yoda, and enjoyed watching the looks on everyones faces as they recognized Yoda!

Unfortunately it was difficult to get good pics of him so here is what I have

Here is a pic of all the pieces (post Halloween so they are a bit worn)

He is sooo cute!  I love Yoda!  You did an amazing job!  I can't believe you did it all for under $5.  What a great bargain.

I loved Yoda in the movie, but your little one makes an even cuter version. Great job!

Holy Crap! I can't believe this didn't win some kind of craftster award or something. I mean it's a freaking cool costume and for under $5. How did you do the head gear? I love it all!
