I have someone in my swap who has just received negative feedback from a different swap. My swap sign-ups have already closed and she has her partner. Do I just continue letting her participate in my swap? She is very active in it. I think i'm supposed to ignore it b/c she got it after she was already in my swap but i'm a little confused. Any help?Huh

I think I would ask that her partner wait to ship until she receives.

If it were me, I'd pm the swapper in question and ask them what's going on. I'd probably pm the organizer of the other swap as well. Then, I'd do as sweets4ever suggested, and have the partner of this person hold off on sending until her package from this person actually arrives. That way, if the person happens to flake on your swap, you can either let the partner withdraw from the swap, or you can find her a replacement partner.

If she decides to withdraw, open a help desk ticket, and a swap mod will be happy to remove her feedback.

Hopefully none of these things will happen, and your swapper will come through!  Smiley
