I finally posted the cupcake doll I made for my sister!

Her post is here:http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=413507.0

(Please excuse the overexposure in the picture. Her hair isn't really that bright a blue. Tongue)

Thanks, and yep, I knitted her sweater. I started with a vague idea of what I wanted it to look like, and then just fitted it to her body as I went along. It's nice because the neckline is wide enough that I can slip it over her hips.

So I organized and cleaned my kiddos room before she started school. And I wanted to display some of her poppets. And I had to become a little creative and wanted to show what I did. Some of them are on the shelf, and the one she stuffed and her Maribel poppet are on her dresser, but the elf one I did and the mermaids I didnt have room for on the dresser and didnt want them in her doll chest. So I put ribbons around their neck and hung them on the walls. So technically they are being hung on the wall, but I think they look cute how bout you?

Just thought I would share.

I am floored looking at all those poppets in one room. You are the famous mermaid poppet maker. I've been drooling over her for a while!!!

Oh my goodness look at all those poppets! What a lucky little girl you have. I totally love them being "hung" on the wall. The top mermaid is my favorite.
