I just need to know the general order that I should put everything together in. Right now I'm having some techinical issues with getting the fit right but I started with the main body of the shirt, and then the sleeves. I'm not sure where to go next. I tried to find a picture of the finished shirt, I know there has to be one out there, but no luck.  Sad

just updated my post with pic  Grin

i made the shirt for the last poppet swap and was sent to his new owner but i will try to help.

this is the order which i made it

1) Sew the collar pieces together
2) the top and back pieces at the shoulders only
3) the arm pieces to the arm hole in shirt again for the other side
4) the cuffs to the wrists of the arm piece
5) sew the sides of the shirt and arm at the same time again for the other side
6) add collar
7) add egde to bottom of shirt

dont really know if that helps Huh

Whoa boy. It looks so good, my attempt looks nothing like that. I'm having the most problems with attaching the sleeves. I've never really made a shirt with sleeves so my attempts look a little crazy.

Thanks for the pic.

Your shirt came out awesome. My attempt came out way to small but I think craftewoman re-did the pattern shortly after. It also had puff sleeves! lol
Very nice!

That little oxford shirt is cute!  I haven't tried anything with sleeves other than the peasant top by Craftewoman.  I may have to try it.  Thanks for posting a sort-of-tutorial, SamJ.

OK, angel wings: hot glue FTW.  I'll let you know how it turns out.

Oh my goodness *fhew* SamJ, I made it. It was touch and go there for a while but I finally got through it. It doesn't look exactly like yours but I think I made it a bit more manly since it's for a boy. As soon as I finish everything for my swap I'll post pics!

THANKS SO MUCH!!

LittleZo, I love harmony. I will go over to toy and look for her.

I will post the boy as soon as I get the hair on. It took me all day to make a pair of shiny stretch pants. LOL. I have never done pants.  He needed a *****ectomy, but he is normal now with all the bits. I was going on memory, and my baby sister told me that he was, well, way too large. Now he has pants, I am trying to make a fur vest. I have the fur in the freezer to try to keep some of the fraying down.

He should premier in a day or two.
