Except for the blond model on project runway 3, who was, to quote Tim Gunn, "zaftig".

Zaftig is a good word.  Smiley

Last year I published a calendar full of hot plus size women and it was called Zaftig!
I love that word!

Ha...if I had time to make it "Runway Gone Punk"  I would...

Just dont make anything with a bubble hem, please?!?!?!?!?!

lol think Jeffery Sebelia? C'mon...you could totally have fun DIYing a punk outfit. (My husband was a punk/guitarist when I met him and there were many sessions of sewing pants tighter, ripping the hems and sleeves off shirts, adding trim fabric to leather jackets, studding/painting/drawing images on everything...) You could give your poppet a 'hawk, even! lol.

I think runway fashion can be anything. You take your inspiration from what interests you.

I am working on an idea for poppet "boobs".  I put a dart in the chest and stuffed the chest area with clay so I could shape it.  They won't be very big but that's okay - I don't want em big...  I think it will look better when the arms are on, I will try to post it in a few days.
