Those wings are so cool!
I found a doll wig at the thrift store this last weekend for a build a bear for $.75. It has ear holes already shaped into the wig. I love the way Fosca's poppets look with real hair. I can't wait to use it on one of mine.
I'm done crafting for the poppet swap. My son number one is bugging me to get started on his mermaid. Well, he'll have to wait. I still have my dad's tiger and my niece's Little Orphan Annie poppet to make!
I'm off to do research for Annie's clothes. TTFN!

you can also sandwich the wires between 2 layers of cellophane and iron them together!

Here are the wings I made for my Blythe, but could easily adapt to the poppets (which I plan to do Cheesy)
