My friends were over for coffee today and were cuddling my newest creation that isn't finished yet! They all commented on how I've gotten so much better with each doll.
Here's my list
Jojo                      Melville P. Gnome (first time using gnome pattern)
Ollie                      Sayuri
Ellie                       Blu Bunny
Mini Kasey (mini)      Coyote (major pattern alterations)
Gemma (mini)           Brodie
Clover (mini)            Count Manilow ( Monster)
Penny the Peacock (first major pattern alterations)
Voodoo Queen           Chuck (monster)
Maud Agusta VonKittington  Tinkerbell (more pattern alterations)
Teeny ( itty bitty poppet)     Lollie
Iris (itty bitty)                   Cherry
Kinley                  Marisela (Mermaid)
I think that is all of them! They live everwhere now! I only kept Blu Bunny and Teeny for myself. All my other poppets I have gotten in the poppet swaps. I have Fable, Leif, and Fay.

OOH I like these lists of poppets made. Smiley
Moonflower- made with a bathrobe to make sure I knew what I was doing. Should have added more hair.
Gloria- Made with a stretch cotton print. Learned how joints work a bit better and how stretch effects feet. lol
Corizan- made for the toys challenge and used tuts on craftster to make almost all of her outfit.
cousins mini poppets: My 3rd, 4th, and 5th made all around the same time. Learned that novelty yarn for hair is the devil.
6th and 7th were the pinky poppet twins- (I think) Learned to use a serger for clothes!
Namid- Made for I love my poppet Swap rnd 2. Hippie styled though not intentionally. lol
Teal poppet for my sisters birthday- learned to keep the wig pattern with me rather than try to remember off the top of my head. lol
Azul- Made for FOC raffle swap and loved working with velor. Will always look at velor differently now in the thrift store! She was recycled from and ugly boxy shirt.
moonflower mini me- made for my baby sis for christmas. She gets her out and shows her to people all the time now. Smiley
Gothic poppet- for I love my poppet swap rnd 3. Learned how to use less expensive fabric and how machine sews a bit more.
Poppy- otehrwise known as pink dress poppet. My favorite so far.
Clone trooper poppet- Still unfinished
Baby poppet twins- Hated all the way. Will not speak of again.
I think there may have been more I just don't remember.  So I've made/making a total of 6 for family. And kept a total of 3. I have sent the rest out in swaps.
I have 2 more to make for swaps and hope to cut out one of the two I've been plotting for myself soon. Smiley
I also have a poppet fully cut out and waiting to be sewn on my sewing machine leaf. Poor thing. It's sort of a grey/tan. Not sure how that one will work out. Smiley

Meet Hunny Bun.

She is my first attempt at needle sculpting.
I was attempting to make a sorta bunny type face and hope I don't muck it up.
She turned out alright and I may put some colour on there also.
She will have a tail, which I will make out of the same stuff as her hair (yet to be fully decided upon)
Let me know what you think and where I could possibly go better for next time.
Thanks

Aww, she's so sweet! I think you did a great job with the needle sculpting, I don't have any suggestions. What were you looking at hair-wise? I love her long lop ears.

Thanks. I am thinking of honey coloured hair but I am yet to look through my stash or yarns and possibly my crochet cottons. I don't want a heap of hair, well I am not really sure yet. I will probably deal with that all tonight (if I get a chance)

rasita, a little tuft of hair up between the ears would be super cute! I wouldn't go wild with the hair either! She's adorable!

A big thank you to Ghillie my first poppet is done and I'm very pleased with how she turned out! You can see more of her on the toys board.  Her name is Phedre and she was so much fun to make.

Gushing at the cuteness of Phedre, going to look now. Can you link to her thread so others can just click and go? Thanks.
