I am sun jealous as well. We got a few inches today.  Nothing to really write home about, but it makes driving a little more interesting.

Thank you for all the comments on Priscilla.  She is making friends with my other poppets that I have received in swaps.

Here are Sugar, Amy, Peter, and Sweet.  The girls were made by Sugary Sweet and the boy was made by RhymeswOrange.

and here is Carmen (made by CkChan who posted her earlier in this craftalong)

I love the little green haired boy! So cute! I'm hoping the favorite things poppet swap will help me get my poppet mojo back...
Maybe I'm weird but I have so much fun making things for other people. I rarely do a thing with the stuff I make for me! lol

That would be me all right, I love crafting for other people, but when it comes to myself, I never seem to finish anything Undecided Take my first poppet for instance, the poor girl isn't jointed yet, it would take me like ten minutes to finish her, but I just haven't made the time. At least I made her an outfit...even though it is a bit too short on her...

I'm the same way as well! I actually made myself a poppet, but I so enjoy making things for others. I think that is why I'm a swap addict!

Sadly I have to agree, I start things and never finish and don't seem to have as much fun making things for myself as I do for others. I think it's a part of my procrastination/drama syndrome. The anxiety of making something amazing for my partner and wondering if they will like it just gets my creative juices flowing.  Roll Eyes Smiley

I can usually finish stuff for my kids...although I have a few projects staring me in the face right now he he...but otherwise I am better at making stuff for others.

I am all caught up crafting with all my swaps except 1 item for a personal swap which can't be done yet anyway and I thought "now what?"  LOL  I make a list of things I want to accomplish on my blog every month and usually get most of it done.  In Jan. I didn't finish some of the UFO's, but am hoping to get them this month.

Oh man, If you could see my house right now.  Roll Eyes I pulled all the extra crap out of my studio so I can actually work in here and there is a MOUNTAIN of unfinished projects and dedicated crafting materials taking up half of the living room. Not to mention the enormous bin of mending and alterations that's down in the basement. I too can Not seem to finish things if they're for me. Or the kids these days. Sigh.
My first and only poppet is in the first few pages of this thread, that's how long I've been "working" on my next ones. HA! And I have such great ideas for them too...
