The Poppet-Along

Okie dokies!  Post your desire to join the poppetalong here and pm me with your email addy.  If you don't send me your email address, I CANT send you the pattern.   I am still working on it.  Well, working may be too strong a word.  But I definitely have plans to work on it (I'm kinda lazy).  There are several tutes all over craftster -the eyelid tute, the hair tute, a couple dress tutes...  I want to move them all here.  They are not included in the pattern but they are so dang good they will be when it is done.  There is really no timeline, this is an ongoing craft-a-long with open sign-ups.  And newcomers to this thread - yes you can still join.  And if you just want to see a bunch of poppety goodness without going through the whole thing, just click on show images at the top of the thread.

When you are done, you can post your poppet in Toys, Dolls and Playthings, but link back to this poppet-along.  And place a link in this thread to your poppet in Toys, Dolls and Playthings, so we can see all you have done.  (I say this because I think each poppet deserves it's own recognition.  It's a lot of work.)

BTW, the point of a craft-a-long is for everyone to work on the same thing at once, giving and getting support and inspiration from each other.  It's okay if you don't finish, don't post, or whatever.  It's not like a swap, where you are required to finish it.  Of course, we LIKE you to finish and post!   Grin

My poppet is sitting in my craft area, in pieces, without a torso right now. She begged me to join the poppet along to motivate me to finish her. So here I am. Smiley
