Hi! My mother in law just knit this cardigan for me! The pattern is from the wonderful people at Berroco, called "March Basic". It's made of an Alpaca/Wool blend and I just love it. She added to the length of the overall sweater and each of the sleeves by 2inches or so, and it fits my long waist and monkey arms perfectly!

I've never knit a sweater before, so it was nice to see how she did it, and I'm excited to try a bigger project now!

It looks great and I love your color choice.  My boyfriend even commented on how nice it looks.

Oh it is beautiful!  I love that pattern and printed it up ages ago.

Now I think I will actually knit it?

It really looks beautiful on you Smiley

Looks great on you!  I actually started this project and frogged it because of the miles of stockinette!  Maybe I'll pick it back up!

It looks a little big on be because it was either I get 3 inches of ease, or -1  Undecided It was quick for her, she did it up in two weeks for a couple hours a day. The wool is soo soo soft, and all the stockinette was definitely worth it. This is a great pattern for a VERY basic cardigan, which is exactly what I like, and I intend on making it myself sometime with different stitches and yarns and maybe some cables.

The only bummer about March Basic is that they don't walk you through the reversal of the stitches for one of the fronts. They basically just tell you to go to it.. figuring that out was probably one of the more time consuming parts of the project.
