I will be signing up for this as soon as I can decide which girls to pick.

As for the Blythe/Pullip swap already in progress, the send-out date isn't until Nov. 7th so there's still puh-lenty of time Wink

As I remember it, these crafting-for-a-specific doll swaps began with Blythe and started to include Pullips because very few people had them.  Judging from the current swap, there are now more than enough crafty Pullip owners to stand alone and break free of the Blythe-chain they always seem to get leashed to.

Now how do I decide which girl?  I should probably just buy another one.  Roll Eyes

I knew that blythe people didn't like pullip people though, so it shouldn't have surprised me...

oh dear that isn't the case!
this is just a little holiday low key blythe swap - pullips are super cool - but *for me* they are harder to craft for b/c i don't one and have never seen one for real. i love the look of pullips and how posable they are - there will be plenty more swaps for all of us  Cheesy

Knit_north took the words right out of my mouth!  This wasn't meant as anything other than a holiday Blythe swap.  There's nothing preventing Pullip collectors from having a holiday swap of their own and there will certainly be another round of We Love Our Blythes and Pullips as soon as the current swap is over.

Here are my two girls for the swap:

Claudia (SB) is on the left and Maia (Aztec) on the right.  They're very excited to be part of this swap!

knit_north I think you nailed it.  Smiley It's a shame that people would think that other dolls are 'kicked out' when it nothing like that. The Pullips pictures I've seen are really cute and the posability is neat but not having one makes it hard to craft for (and besides the firs ones I saw were on Flickr streams of people who had Blythes). I know it's been mentioned many times that there are plenty of owners of both now that we can have separate swaps.

Gosh, now that I have 3 girls who do I chose to be in the swap?! I think Gracie as the oldest is spoiled the most so perhaps just Bobbie & Nora.  Grin
